Simple Testing Procedure: 

 

Necessary Information for User

 

In order to test the accurate battery capacity by the product, it’s necessary to fulfill to following conditions for testing at the same time:

1. Testing carried out at the temperature around 25 can get the accurate CCA value. Both of extreme cold and intense heat affects test result.
2. The battery should be fully charged before testing
3. It’s necessary to input the correct CCA value for testing. (The value is available in the indication information on the battery or on website of the battery manufacture)
4. Vehicles must be turned off over half hour for the battery testing. Freshly fully charged battery should be tested after half hour.
5. The clinchers of the analyzers should be clinched correctly on the positive and negative terminals of the battery.
6. The analyzer is designed for single 12V battery. Please don’t use on series connected batteries.
7. Keep from heavy failing and breaking. No assembling or disassembling of the product y non-professional staffs. Suppliers are not in charge of the product repair when the damage is caused by improper usage.
